Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a heads-up at least 48 business hours in advance. Less than 48 hours' notice? We'll need to charge 50% of the service value. If you no-call-no-show or cancel same-day, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment booked.
When booking, we'll securely keep your credit card on file.
Pricing and Payment
Service prices may vary based on your hair needs and your stylist's expertise. A $3 service fee is applied to all service tickets.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, no checks.
Finishing Services
Our after-color finishing services are offered à la carte to give you flexibility—some guests prefer to skip a full blowdry and style if they’re short on time.
That said, we do recommend a finish with all color services so your stylist can assess the result and you leave looking polished. At booking, you’ll be asked if you’d like a blowdry and style or a quick dry (you’ll leave with damp hair, no styling).
Service Adjustments
If you’re not 100% happy with your color, please reach out within 7 days. We want you to love your hair, and we’re happy to make small adjustments to help you get there. Adjustments are complimentary, but please note: major changes or shifts from the original consultation may require an additional charge.
Children
We love kiddos! For our young guests aged 10 and under, an adult companion is required. Children's haircuts are priced the same as adults. If you're under 18 and dreaming of a new hair color, please bring a parent to sign our Chemical Service Form.

Returns
Not in love with a product? Return it within 15 days for store credit or exchange it for something of equal or greater value.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are valid for one year unless stated otherwise and are not redeemable for cash.
