Salon Policies & Standards
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that changes in your schedule will occur. We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service. Upon booking an appointment we will secure a credit card on file.
Children
Children 5 years and older must be accompanied by an attentive adult. Children’s haircuts are quoted at adult pricing.
Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchanged for an equal or greater value.
Service Adjustments
We want you to love your hair. If you feel that a service correction is needed, please notify us within 7 days of the date of service. Corrections and adjustments are at management discretion.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are valid for one year. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Pricing
All service prices are subject to increase based on your hair and the experience of your stylist.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express, and Discover. We do not accept checks.
