As an existing client, if you refer your friends and family to Berenices, you’ll receive a fifteen-dollar Aveda product voucher for every referral; just have your friend mention your name at their first visit.
We do understand what changes in your schedule may occur, a 24 hour notice is required to change or move an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of their service. No shows will be charged full price.
50% deposit required for parties of 3 or more, two days before services rendered. All wedding services (for the bride) must have practice appointments at least 2 weeks before wedding day. Cancellations or changes should be made two weeks before the date of services. We ask that all services the day of the wedding are paid for on one ticket (one form of payment).
For on-site weddings- $100 travel fee for weddings outside of Denver. Practice appointments are still required for the bride at least two weeks before wedding day. Please call for more information about on-site weddings.
Service discrepancies must be reported within two weeks of the service. There are no returns on products, an even exchange or store credit will be offered within two weeks of purchase. No cash refunds.
Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, once issued will expire after one year.
